Members of the IIPH Shillong participated in the “Winter Symposium & South Zone MicroCon 2024 -“One Health One World: Connecting the Dots” , a three-day event organized by Christian Medical College Vellore from February 1st-3rd, 2024. The symposium featured distinguished scientists from both India and abroad, focusing latest advancements in AMR, VBDs, and zoonoses. It also highlighted the importance of a One Health approach in addressing these challenges. Representatives from IIPH Shillong displayed posters presenting their research alongside over 100 delegates from various research institutions. The studies presented included:-
